I have been working in an automobile factory for 13 Years, 10 Years as a leader in Logistic Department/ Supply Chain Management.
Logistic = problem is never only for you and not only with your problem you have to deal with..... and that says a lot.
WE have to cooperate and know how to cooperate with internal departments, suppliers, logistic partners and carriers. Solving problems in advance, predicting, setting flows and responsibilities....Everything must be managed, and that's what I' a part of.
