Work Terms
Normal working conditions:
The cost of the Offer (salary) is 100% GROSS. Payment in 2 stages. Stage 1 – 50%, within 7 working days from the moment the candidate leaves for work. Stage 2 – 50%, within 7 working days, at the end of the probationary period (3 months) or by providing a one-time replacement for a candidate who has not passed the probationary period.
When employing a team of specialists, 60% of the amount of offers (salaries) of candidates is GROSS, replacement of candidates is not provided.Normal working conditions:
