Customer service representative with live chat/email experience.
I worked with Capita India as a customer service representative for the duration of 30 months. I initially started with email process where I had to resolve customer queries and complaints. Later, I moved to live chat process for a UK based telecom service (O2). My role was to reply to the customers promptly and answer to their queries and concern.
My interests includes playing badminton, cooking, gardening.
As an experienced customer support my motto is- CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS THE KEY TO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Work Terms
I am willing to take long term as well as short term projects. I am open for part time as well as full time work. I have been working as a freelancer from past 3 years. However, I am new on guru.com
