Work Terms
1. Hours of Operation:
My standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (PST). Exceptions may be considered based on project requirements and mutual agreement.
2. Payment Terms:
Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be specified in our project agreement, typically including initial deposits, milestone payments, and final payments upon project completion.
Payment Methods: I accept payments via PayPal, bank transfers, and credit cards, with details provided in the project agreement.
Invoices: Invoices will be electronically sent to the designated billing contact, and timely payments in accordance with agreed terms are essential for project progress.
3. Communication Style:
Preferred Channels: I prefer communication through electronic messaging, Notion, and scheduled video conferences to maintain an organized workflow.
Response Time: I commit to responding to emails and messages within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Urgent matters will be addressed promptly.
4. Scope of Work:
Project Scope: The project's scope, including deliverables, timelines, milestones, and provisions for revisions, will be clearly defined in our project agreement.
5. Confidentiality:
Data Security: All information shared during our collaboration will be treated with utmost confidentiality and not disclosed to third parties without your consent.
6. Revisions and Feedback:
Revision Policy: Revisions will be made per our project agreement terms.
7. Project Termination:
Early Termination: Either party may terminate the project per our project agreement's terms.
8. Project Ownership:
Intellectual Property: Ownership of intellectual property will be outlined in our project agreement. Typically, upon full payment, you gain ownership of the final deliverables, with my right to showcase the work in my portfolio.
