I am having 33 years of banking industry in which 17 years of experience as front line staff dealing with customer issues and 16 years of experience in managerial capacity,
worked as branch head at various stations for 9 years . at present working as a asst branch head in reconciliation dept for the last 18 months, i am coordinating with branch head in staff allocation, leave management, training, motivating staff, updating the present issues/solving the issues, forming groups to reach the goal set.
