120 Group is a veteran owned company. Our team of dedicated consultants has over a decade of Military and Corporate leadership experience combined. We were founded with the goal of helping companies succeed in 3 aspects; Growth and Development, Team Cohesion, and Executive Leadership. We took our experience in the military and corporate world to create a unique system of guidance for our clients regardless of the situation. We were founded with the vision of helping other companies go to the next level and achieve their ultimate for how their company should operate.

Work Terms
120 Group is a very open, honest, and transparent approach for our working terms and our initial consultation is free. 120 Group has a 5 step system for how we assess if and how we can help potential clients.
Our first step is understanding our clients situation, their needs, and what they are looking for improve.
Then, we will do our own independent analysis based on the information obtained from initial consultation.
Once this information is compiled, we will send it back to our clients to clarify that both 120 Group and the Client have the same understanding of the situation at hand.
Once we are on the same page as the client we will provide a detailed workup for our potential clients as to what we believe the best course of action would be moving forward.
The last and final step is up to the client, if they like what they see in our Work Up i.e. our plan moving forward to help their business, they can decide to hire us.
If a companies desire for improvement is beyond the scope of our three areas of focus, or we simply believe we cannot be of help, we will be very honest. We will not take on a client just for extra money. The quality of the products we deliver are more important to us than money that will be wasted on efforts we do not believe will help potential clients.
We do not bill hourly. Our contracts depend on the project size, project type, and length of time we believe we will need to accomplish the goals set by 120 Group and our clients. We are alway willing to work with our clients to fit their financial capabilities.
