? Re-engineered business development strategy and led teams including inside/outside sales,
payor, pharma, legal and marketing to grow in targeted core specialty therapy specialties with
differentiated messaging proving value. Established targeted growth regions, added sales and
management teams, broadened therapy mix into oncology, MS, hemophilia and Igg to augment
HCV and Anti Inflammatory programs while expanding marketshare in HCV and Anti-TNF.
? Targeted and built business growth plans including pharmacy investments in TX, SC, WV & CO.
Led M&A and operational process teams in acquiring and assimilating a pharmacy in NY.
? Led teams in gaining and managing exclusive and preferred payor contracts with national and
regional payors and PBMs that allowed for profitable referral conversation rates over industry
averages.
? Developed 340b and Hospital strategy allowing for successful market entry. Built key consultant
and C Suite relationships to add semi-exclusive contracts.
? Led teams in building C Suite pharma & hub relationships in all core therapies that increased
LDD access and sales pull-through. Presented at leading industry conferences.
? Led company effort in reducing COGS through direct manufacturer, wholesaler, GPO and
arbitrage strategies to increase competitive position in bids. Created profitable rebate program.
? Built Sales Assistant program to onboard and develop inside sales talent. Developed ‘Moby’
database of top prescribers by drug and territory in US for directed selling. Developed company
marketing plan including enhancing branding and web investments.
