12 years of extensive experience as a Process & Mechanical BIM Engineer (MEP) & BIM Project management, as well as BIM Coordination duties that include checking & review of IFC & shop drawings, Training etc.
Prepares 3d model of Plumbing, HVAC, Process Piping etc.
• Coordinates with the Drafting department & all engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, special systems & controls for the checking and issuing of PHE & FF detailed drawings and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with external consultants for Architectural & structural.
• Selection of equipment’s & ensures system integrity & performance.
• Preparation of shop drawing, construction drawings, material submittal for PHE & FF.
• Familiar with various building services design codes such as British Standards, IPC, UPC , NBC & NFPA.
• Manage engineering activities within a specific project for the engineering discipline.
• Receives "as built" information from the Project Management Team, reviews content and, if satisfied, passes to drafting for production of drawing.
