Well hello there!

Thank you for visiting my profile. There must have been something in my application which stood out to you. Am I right? I sure hope I am! Here's a bit about who I am.

My name is Pracy-Ann but most people just call me Ann. I am 30 years old Jamaican national who majored in Chemical Engineering and minored in Environmental Engineering at the University of Technology. Now I know you're probably wondering how did a Engineering graduate end up becoming a Virtual Assistant!

Well, I have been working as a freelancer for over 5 years. In fact, I was able to financially sustain myself because I worked as a freelancer while attending University! Since graduating, I continue to enjoy the freedom of working from home. It offers tremendous opportunities and flexibility.

Over the past 8 years, I have gained experiences in Account Management, Bookkeeping, Customer Care, Customer Relations Management, Article Writing, Document Collecting, Transaction Coordinating, Live Chat Support, Email Handling, Email Drips, Inbound and Outbound calling, Forum and Social Media Management, Shopify Development, Order Fulfillment, Lender Sourcing for Real Estate Properties & Comparative Market Analysis.

I have spent the last three years working remotely as a full-time Virtual Assistant/ Account Executive for a U.S. based real estate brokering firm.

Work Terms
