I bring over 20 years of experience working in the Administrative field and in education to my business as a Virtual Assistant. I have an excellent history and track record of providing service to individual business owners, entrepreneurs, speakers, authors, non-profit organizations, mission organizations, pastors and churches.

I have transcribed since college for authors, speakers, coaches, pastors, teachers, Internet Marketers, realtors, focus groups, one-on-one interviews, television and radio broadcasts, podcasts, webinars, financial earnings conference calls, sermons, and PhD Interviews. My prices are affordable and every transcript is returned proofread on time every time.

Providing excellent customer service and support is essential to any business in today’s world. I provide excellent customer service support that is affordable and cost effective to include telephone support of both inbound and outbound calls, email and chat support. My clients have included entrepreneurs and small businesses, including Shopify stores.

I have experience using Salesforce Desk, Zendesk and Fusedesk.
