Application of optimum skills for accomplishment of tasks assigned

Qualification: Masters in Finance from University of Punjab Lahore Pakistan with a
CGPA of 3.03

Work Experience: 10.5 years in banking industry. Brief description of duties performed is as under:

• Analysis of monthly Compliance Audit Reports and Annual Internal/External/State Bank of Pakistan Audit reports of branches and getting the Reports closed in stipulated time frame by getting the observations pointed out rectified.
• Handling of customer complaints pertaining to 63 branches reporting to our region.
• Gathering of information required by National Accountability Bureau, State Bank of Pakistan or other regulatory bodies in connection with ongoing investigations/inquiries from branches in our region.
• Preparation of consolidated reports pertaining to operational matters of branches in our region required by Head Office of our bank for consolidation and onward submission to State Bank of Pakistan on weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annual basis.
• Conducting branch visits on regular basis to personally monitor adherence by branches to SOP’s of our bank pertaining to operations.
• Processing of Annual Performance Review report of operations related staff of 63 branches on annual basis.
• Preparation of Human Resource Budget on annual basis.
• Monitoring banking transactions being done in branches to ensure that anti money laundering procedures are being properly implemented.
• Conducting of inquiries pertaining to any instance of fraud reported or detected in any of the branches falling in our region.
• Processing of disciplinary action cases in collaboration with Human Resource Division against staff found guilty of misconduct in branches falling in our region.

Work Terms

I am available for assignments on daily basis for 3 hours between 10 pm to 1 am.
Minimum hourly rate: 10 $ per hour
