I'm an award-winning professional communicator, content strategist, brand manager, and writer-editor. I hold a master's degree in journalism, and have been recognized by Oregon Literary Arts and the Society of Professional Journalists.
Communications work for the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery earned a 2022 ASAE Merit Award. The relaunch of the Oregon Medical Association website nabbed a 2019 iMIS Great Things design award. In 2010, I served as creative director for the University of Oregon's "Call Me a Duck" viral video campaign, which has more than one million views.
My nonfiction writing garnered a 2009 Leslie Bradshaw Fellowship from Oregon Literary Arts. Publications include Alaska Airlines Magazine, Travel Oregon, Travel Lane County, Chronicle Books, Oregon Quarterly, Eugene Magazine, Eugene Weekly, The Register-Guard, and dozens of webpages, print pieces, and feature articles for the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, Oregon Medical Association, and University of Oregon.
