Work Terms

Hours of operation: We work all hours of the day and all days of the week. We'll do what it take to meet our commitments.

Payment terms: Depend on the project type and size but most projects require full payment based on the estimates top range. Any excess funds are returned upon customers approval of project completion or the excess can be held as pre-purchase hrs to expedite work on additional projects at customers request.

Preferred communications style: Visual, verbal and often is our style. It depends on the project, but In our experience we find that keeping the customer engaged in the project from the start through completion helps avoid miscommunication and false expectations.
