Work Terms

Project Scope:
All projects will be initiated with a clear understanding of the client’s requirements. I will provide a detailed project plan outlining deliverables, timelines, and milestones. Any changes in scope after the project starts will be discussed and billed separately.
Pricing & Payment:
Hourly Rate: $12 - $25 per hour (depending on the service and complexity).
Project-Based Rate: To be agreed upon based on project scope, size, and complexity.
Payment Terms: 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or delivery.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other mutually agreed methods.
Delivery Time:
I will provide an estimated completion time for each project during the initial consultation.
I strive to deliver high-quality work within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by client changes or additiona requirements may extend the timeline.
Revisions & Changes:
The quoted price includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $15/hr.
Any major changes in project scope or additional tasks will be billed separately.
Confidentiality:
I respect the confidentiality of all client projects and agree not to share any project details, documents, or intellectual property without the client's prior consent.
Cancellation Policy:
If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be billed for the work completed up until the point of cancellation. If no work has been started, the advance payment will be refunded.
Client Communication:
I am available for communication via email, phone, or messaging platforms during standard working hours (9 AM to 6 PM). Prompt responses are expected for a smooth workflow.
Final Deliverables:
The final deliverables will be provided in the agreed format (e.g., AutoCAD files, PDFs, etc.).
If any additional formats or adjustments are required, they will be billed separately.
