Hello.
My name is Abby Marie Solis, but you can call me Abby. I'm a Native US English speaker, born and raised in sunny California, (USA). I have terrific verbal and written Communication Skills and more than 13 Years in the Administrative Support field.
I have also worked as an Ads Quality Evaluator for Google, which involved meticulous attention to detail, Data Entry, SEO and SERP-related analysis, and numerous repetitive tasks. I mention this to say that I don't mind what some would call "boring" or "menial" tasks. (I even love doing paperwork!)
I take pride in everything I do: whether it's the 10-minute fix of an Excel spreadsheet for a friend, or it's 3 months of Lead Generation and Cold Calling as an insurance agent's Appointment Setter, I'm equally motivated to complete my work without constant supervision, delivering Quality Results, on time, every time, Guaranteed.
That said, I'm a friendly and teachable team-player, (and team leader), with a contagious optimism that has put people at ease and de-escalated many tense situations over the course of my Call Center and Customer Service career.
