I have a new found passion for data.

Throughout my education, I've always linked the word 'data' with sales, and assumed it did not concern me much as an engineer, but that all ended by the beginning of 2021 when something magical happened to me.
I came across a data analysis scholarship on Udacity, went through a few videos, and now I can't stop yearning for more knowledge on the topic!
It fascinated me how data is in every little detail in our lives, and how I've been analyzing data that interests me all that time without even knowing it.. From school grades, to university exams and even in different games I've played just to find myself collecting tons of data and trying to formulate it and put it into formulas to find the most efficient routes, but now suddenly discovering that a whole field for what I've always done passionately exists was just the spark I needed to get started.

I've learnt writing queries in SQL, working with many tables in Excel through PowerPivot and PowerQuery tools to find insights, taking all of that into Power BI to visualize it and communicate my findings interactively. I've also learnt how to use Python and lots of its strong built-in libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc.) to find insights, answer questions and communicate my findings with others. It's a never-ending learning journey for me, and it's only getting started.
