Myself Abdel Ramoul, i'm an intermediate Social Media Manager/Marketer with over 2 years of experience in managing Social Media Platform for mid size corporations, I handle everything social media related :

- Post management and publication according to schedule (hootsuit, evernote, google docs)
- managing incoming messages from fans and clients
- Creating social media posts for different accounts and of different types : Instagram & Facebook Posts, Instagram & Facebook Stories. (Adobe premiere, Photoshop, canva, pexels)
- Retouching companies's and client's owned photographs to better suit the mood of the account (lightroom, photoshop)
- Producing different styles of content; Still posts, videos, audios
- Writing articles around different subjects for the companies's blogs (Google docs, Word, Wordpress Dashboard)
- Analyzing the performance of the social platforms and elaborating strategies to increase traffic and impressions (hootsuit, Smarthash, Instagram insights)

I Also manage emails and different marketing automations :
- Setting up email sequences for different campaigns
- Setting up automation for the whole campaign, from the first landing page and opt in with up-sells to segmentation of leads according to their behavior ( ZAPIER, MAILCHIMP, ACTIVE CAMPAIGN)
- building up landing pages with either Wordpress/ thrive themes or Clickfunnels
- having experience with Mailchimp, Active campaign, Shopify, Clickfunnels, JIRA, Hootsuit, Google Docs, Dropbox.
- Setting up paid campaigns and promotions
- Managing Facebook Groups.

I'm a very engaged person on what i do, I always strive to give my 200% in the work i provide, very enthusiastic and positive, I believe in hard work and dedication, and always learning how to improve my work and build long lasting relationships with clients.
