I am a Product Owner With a strong background in Software Development, agile methodologies, and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.

I graduated from Electronics and Communications Engineering at Helwan University, during my college time I gained great experience in the AI field, and managed to implement several AI projects such as weapons detection, ID detection, Animal body parts segmentation. I had the opportunity to work at Terre des hommes as a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant, I was responsible for monitoring the progress of the programs that the organization provides for refugees and kids through offline meetings and focus-group discussions.

Then I joined Jumia as a Product Owner, working with a scrum team on developing JForce which is a sales program enabling Jumia customers to work with Jumia as consultants by promoting Jumia products through their network.
I Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch. I collaborate closely with the scrum team to ensure the deliverables match the business requirements and achieve the main goals. I am also responsible for managing the product backlog, creating user stories, and prioritizing them using Jira. I collaborate with the head of product on planning new features, defining the key metrics, and creating PRDs in addition to being a certified scrum product owner by obtaining CSPO certification issued by Scrum alliance.
