Scope of Work:
a. The scope of work includes script and fiction writing services as agreed upon between the freelancer ("Writer") and the client ("Client") on Guru.com.
b. The Writer will provide professional writing services for scripts and fiction, adhering to the agreed-upon guidelines, themes, and requirements.
Hourly Rate:
a. The Writer's hourly rate for the script and fiction writing services is $5 (USD).
b. The minimum billing increment will be one hour. Partial hours will be rounded up to the nearest hour.
Payment Terms:
a. All payments will be processed through the Guru.com platform.
b. The Client agrees to make prompt payments according to the agreed terms and payment schedule.
c. The Writer retains the right to request upfront payment or milestones for larger projects.
d. Any additional expenses incurred during the project, such as research materials or specific software, will be discussed and mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Communication and Feedback:
a. The Writer and Client will maintain clear and professional communication throughout the project via Guru.com's messaging system.
b. The Writer will provide regular updates on the progress of the work and respond to any queries or feedback from the Client in a timely manner.
c. The Client agrees to provide detailed feedback and instructions to ensure the project aligns with their expectations.
