I have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, graduated from University of Technology Malaysia, Malaysia at 2003.

I've started my career since 2003 as a Junior Level/Engineer in construction industry at Johore, Malaysia specifically for Topside Fabrication & Installation Works. My primary duties are leading the Project Management includes planning, execution and controlling to a successful conclusion. Being the focal point of the Company, coordinate and liaise with Contractor and Supplier or Service Agencies on Project and Work Progress. Interface with Client for detailed project requirements. Involved direct and in-directly to anticipate and resolve technical problems on Work’s execution. Set clear objectives of the project or phases and ensuring discipline leads execute as per objective. Ensure the Project is carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & HSE program. Endeavor to complete the project within the man-hour budget and the time schedule and cost. Regularly compares costs with the project budget to determine areas requiring cost evaluation and further actions – to achieve economies. Assigns work to the members of the project team, disseminate information and continuously monitors progress. Assists and participates in job close out reports. Evaluates project technical performance and initiates appropriate preventative action (s) to reduce or eliminate potential schedule delays and/or cost overruns. Continuously reviews the job as the work is being performed and brings to the attention of the Client on potential changes in scope, schedule or budget due to requests or turn of events throughout the development of the project. Engage in discussion with Client on potential variation orders. Claim & Invoices.
