As a Individual of 23years and being fully self made aspiring CA, I do have a lot of experience of working in different call centers where I did learn about the sales and marketing and how to reach out the client by working in various lead generation and customer services campaigns (Internationally).

After getting the opportunity from UK firm which is totally according to my field, I am glad that I have a learned a lot regarding the Accounts and Finance and all of that on MS Excel and on different accounting software. Along with that i have learned a lot how to do client dealing, how to retain them, how to convince them regarding our services and also how to provide them the consultancy services in various legal matters.
