Work Terms

I am available to work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT). However, I am flexible and open to adjusting my schedule depending on your project’s needs or time zone. If you need assistance outside these hours, please don't hesitate to get in touch, and I will do my best to accommodate.

Payment Terms:
I prefer a fixed-price contract or hourly rates, depending on the project’s scope and complexity. For fixed-price projects, we will agree on milestones and deadlines, ensuring that both sides are aligned throughout the process.

For hourly rates, I charge £18 GBP per hour.
Milestone payments are common for large projects, with payments made at key stages (e.g., project initiation, completion of front-end work, final delivery).
Payments are typically made via PayPal.

Communication Style:
Clear, timely communication is a key part of my workflow. I strive to maintain an open and transparent line of communication with clients throughout the project. I am comfortable using various communication platforms, including:

Slack – For quick, informal messaging and daily progress updates.
Zoom/Google Meet – For video meetings, project discussions, and brainstorming sessions.
Trello/Asana – For project task management, setting deadlines, and tracking progress.
Project Scope and Changes:
I believe in setting clear expectations from the beginning. Once we’ve defined the project scope, I will create a project plan with detailed milestones. Any major changes or scope expansions will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Delivery and Revisions:
I provide timely delivery and expect clear feedback from clients after each phase of the project. I offer two rounds of revisions per milestone to ensure the project meets your expectations. Any additional revisions or changes will be billed accordingly.

Availability & Support:
I offer ongoing support for any issues that arise after the project is completed, whether it's for bug fixes or minor updates.
