Work Terms

Scope of Work:

Payment Terms:
● Total Cost: Determined based on scope and requirements.
● Milestone Payments:
25% upfront before project start.
50% upon completion of major milestones (e.g., homepage design, initial SEO audit, first social media campaign).
25% upon final approval and project completion.

● Timeline:
Kickoff: To be agreed upon.
Milestones: Deadlines set for each service at project start.
Completion: Based on project complexity.

● Revisions and Feedback:
Up to 3 revisions per service.
Feedback within 2 business days of receiving drafts.

● Communication:
Primary: Guru messaging.
Secondary: Email or WhatsApp (if agreed).
Response Time: Within 24 hours on weekdays.

● Termination Clause:
Either party may terminate with 7-day notice.
Payment for work completed up to termination is due.
Upfront payments are non-refundable.

● Ownership of Work:
Rights to work transferred to client upon final payment.

● Additional Terms:
NDA: Can be signed if required.
Post-Launch Support: One month of free support for issues related to the completed work.
