Work Terms

- **Hours of Operation:** I am available for work full-time, with flexible hours.

- **Payment Terms:** I prefer to be paid on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. Payment can be made via Crypto, PayPal, or bank transfer. All payments should be processed within 14 days of invoice.

- **Preferred Communication Style:** I am comfortable with various communication tools including google meeting, Slack, and Zoom. For regular updates, I prefer weekly check-ins via the website or Teams and bi-weekly video meetings to discuss progress and any issues.

- **Response Time:** I aim to respond to all communications within 24 hours during weekdays.
