Highly motivated 24 year old Architect driven by true passion to design, create and develop spaces. I consider myself an organized person and a fast independent learner who is ardent about creating something unique and acquiring new skills. I always try to be my own critic. I am passionate about designing spaces that can bring people and the environment together.
I have worked as a freelancer since 2019 and have got hands-on experience in planning, conceptual designs, 3-D visualization, creating mood boards, interior and landscape designing for mostly residential and commercial buildings. I can state with utmost confidence that my ideas and work are realistic and lively.
I take new opportunities to expand my knowledge of architecture and to be a responsible architect, as I believe architecture shapes the future.
Work Terms
The designated hours of operation are set from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, aligning with standard business hours open to overtime if needed.
Payment arrangements are structured to provide with a 40% advance payment at the onset of the project, ensuring financial stability from the outset.
The remaining balance will be settled either upon the project's conclusion or through an hourly rate basis, with payment disbursed every two days, offering a steady flow of compensation.
Emphasizing effective communication, English will serve as the primary language for all project-related discussions, conducted conveniently through WhatsApp, ensuring clear and timely exchanges between both parties throughout the duration of the project.
