I'm a professional bookkeeping expert with over 4 years of experience working for multiple businesses worldwide (sometimes up to 12 clients at a time) including e-commerce, real estate, manufacturing, transportation, non-profits, law firms, CPA firms, digital marketing, hospitality groups and loan agencies.

I've got expertise with setting up new companies, bank connections, and bank rules, creating and maintaining chart of accounts, migrating accounting records to new software, processing bank and credit card transactions (including PayPal, Stripe, etc). In addition, I'm very capable with Inventory management and fixed asset accounting, multiple currencies, managing invoices / receivables and bills / payables, payroll, reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis, and preparing books for year-end and tax filing.

I'm highly proficient with various accounting packages such as QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Sage, Oracle, Wave, Zoho, FreshBooks and Rent Manager.

My goal is to help small businesses worldwide with their bookkeeping needs and provide knowledgeable advice in order to maximize profitability and reduce outstanding debts. And not only that, but also to accomplish tasks within strict deadlines while prioritizing urgent needs.
