PROJECTS
Salifort Motors Project (Google Capstone)(Jan 2024-Feb 2024)- Created a machine learning model after analyzing the data provided by the HR department at Salifort Motors that predicted with accuracy of 96.5% and precision of 89.7 % whether or not an employee will leave the company and also highlighted the most important factors responsible for employees leaving the company using Tree based machine learning modeling techniques (Decision Tree, Random Forest and XGBoosting).

Cyclistic Bikeshare Project (Google Capstone)(Oct 2023-Nov 2023)-Created a dashboard on Tableau Public after analyzing the data pertaining to trips by users of Cyclistic Bikeshare company using Big Query and R Programming Language to ascertain the difference in trends of usage of Cyclistic bikes by casual riders and members. The analysis indicated that the belief of the company’s director of marketing’ that the company’s future success depends on maximizing the number of annual memberships may be true. The insights obtained from the analysis could be helpful in designing new marketing strategies to convert casual riders into annual members.

The Bellabeat Project (Google Capstone)(Sep 2023-Oct 2023)- Created an R Markdown document to analyze the smart device usage data and determine positive correlation, if any, exists between smart device usage and health indicators of the users to customize marketing strategies of the products offered by the Bellabeat company.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Sub Registrar, Government of Bihar (Feb 2020 to present)- Primary work responsibilities involve analyzing the data relating to trends of transactions of propertyand their valuations and drawing insights to maximize the collection of revenue for the government. The job also involves Public Relations, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Office Administration, Leadership and Team Building.

Auditor, (CGDA), Government of India (May 2016 - Feb 2020)- Work responsibilities involved database management of employees and clients of the of the organization using PostgresQL.
