*Continuously research for Product Development Improvement & Quality
*Handle, prepare & compile report & record related to process & production issue
*Plan & Manage daily plant operations for production Team
*Involve in Marketing Activities-helping in exhibition & product marketing

2. Research Assistant at University Technology Mara

*The research related to physical & mechanical properties of agriculture’s waste particle board after reinforced with Textile fabric.
*Responsible for the manufacture sample of particle board & experiment with machine & equipment to determine the physical & mechanical properties
