Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation
My working hours are from [9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday]. Weekends and public holidays are considered non-working days unless otherwise agreed upon. Urgent requests outside of these hours may incur additional charges.

2. Payment Terms
A deposit is required before the start of the project.
Payments will be made according to the agreed milestones or a [weekly/monthly] schedule.
Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery of the final design files.
Late payments beyond 7 days will incur a late fee and may result in a suspension of work until payment is received.
3. Preferred Communication Style
The primary mode of communication will be Whatsapp,Mail and Instagram etc. with responses provided within [24 hours] during working hours. Scheduled meetings or video calls will be used for major updates or discussions. All feedback and requests should be submitted in written form to ensure clarity.
