Hours of operation: Though I work full-time, I am committed to you as a client and will be completely transparent about the project timeline and any limitations. I pride myself on quick turnarounds.

Communication: I will never let an email fall between the cracks. Email is my preferred method of communication, though I am open to an initial phone call to begin our work together.
