Online Data Mining and Data Entry Experience: This helped me learn how to perform efficient and accurate research for the desired information of companies located in all places in the world.
Some of the tasks previously performed are:
- Verification of Company Information
- Verification of Company Locations and contact details.
- Verification of Company Relationships (Ex. Subsidiaries/Products/Merger/Acquisition)
- Verification of Company URLs/Websites

Data Management for Bank Insurance: I worked in a BPO company where I handled UK Bank and functions are:
- Processing email and scanned letter complaint for Payment protection insurance applied on customer's like loans, mortgage and cards.
- Processing customer's scanned letters requesting for cancellation, change of policy and request for information for a Life and Protection account.

Data Analyst for Health Care account: I worked with a BPO company where I handled US Health care account where main functions are:
- Processing termination, change of details and enrollment forms for US customers for a specific health care company.
- Encoding and analyzing of benefits are main focus.

Software Solution Associate with a Point-of-sale (POS) software company.
- I receive client inquiries regarding the software, provide 1st level solutions, replication of software error then if not solve, forward the concern to a relevant department.
