I am in college majoring in Information Assurance, with a concentration in Management. (Cyber Security). I have over 5 years of experience with customer service, over 2 years of experience working in the Information Technology field, over 1 year of experience in the telecommunications (VoIP) industry, and experience with brand marketing for products.I also have experience in writing technical policies.
