Work Terms
Payment terms: Payment will be made through Guru.com's SafePay system, with 50% of the project fee paid upfront and the remaining 50% upon project completion.
Turnaround time: The estimated completion time for the project will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the project. Any delays in delivery will be communicated to the client in advance and reasonable effort will be made to meet the agreed deadline.
Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included in the project fee. Any additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.
Confidentiality: All information shared by the client will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party without prior consent.
Intellectual property: All work produced by me will be the property of the client upon full payment. However, I reserve the right to use the work for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Termination: Either party may terminate the project at any time with written notice. In case of termination, client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of termination.
Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through Guru's dispute resolution process.
Force majeure: Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to any cause beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or government regulations.
Governing law: This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the project is based and Guru.com's terms of service.
