Work Terms
Work Terms and Conditions:
Availability: I am available to work on both short-term and long-term projects, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of my clients.
Communication: My preferred method of communication is email, but I am also open to using project management tools, instant messaging platforms, or video conferencing, depending on the client's preference. I am committed to maintaining clear and prompt communication throughout the duration of a project.
Project Scope and Deadlines: Before starting any project, I require a detailed brief outlining the scope of work, expected deliverables, and deadlines. This ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the project requirements and expectations, minimizing any potential misunderstandings.
Revisions: I offer up to two rounds of revisions, free of charge, provided that the revision requests are within the original project scope. Any additional revisions or changes to the project scope may incur additional fees.
Payment Method: I accept payments through PayPal, bank transfers, or other secure online payment platforms. A 50% upfront deposit is required before starting any project, with the remaining balance payable upon completion and approval of the final deliverables.
Confidentiality: I understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information. I am willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request, to ensure the privacy and security of all client information.
By agreeing to work together, both parties acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Any modifications or special arrangements must be discussed and agreed upon in writing before the commencement of a project.
