John is an excellent resource for anyone in the process of building an in-house access database. He has a thorough knowledge of ms Access and at the same time is able to communicate and have patience with those who are in the process of learning. He has a good attitude and a level of patience that can be really valuable when working on a long extended project. Responses to questions and issues have always been received by the next day.
