For nearly 15 years within the food service industry, my tenacious and proactive approach resulted in a very successful venture. My experience was thoroughly enjoyable and allowed me to develop a number of transferable skills such as adaptability, marketing and creativity. Over the last years I have developed an interest for the creative field and pursued my new found passion through schooling and leisure.
