Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (PST). However, I’m flexible and can accommodate urgent requests or different time zones upon discussion.

Turnaround Time:
For most transcription projects, I aim to deliver within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the length and complexity of the audio. Longer projects may require additional time, which will be communicated upfront.

Payment Terms:
- I request 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon project completion.
- All payments are processed through the freelance platform to ensure security for both parties.
- For ongoing work, I prefer weekly payments based on the hours worked or tasks completed.

Revisions:
I offer up to two free revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. Any additional revisions can be discussed and agreed upon based on the project scope.

Preferred Communication:
I am available via the freelance platform’s messaging system for all communications.

File Format:
Transcription files are delivered in Word, PDF, SRT, VVT or CSV format, depending on your preference. Let me know if a specific format or style guide is required.

Confidentiality:
All client files are handled with strict confidentiality. I ensure that sensitive information remains secure and will not be shared with third parties.
