Work Terms

Operating hours are typically 9:00am - 5:00pm EST (exceptions may apply) — Mon to Fri

Payment Terms:
Most projects require a 50% upfront payment, 50% upon completion.
Monthly contracts (i.e. Ongoing Email Campaigns, Social Media Management) are structured in 30-31 day billing cycles due at the beginning of each cycle.
