Motivated programmer excited to tackle the tough jobs for less

I've been programming for over 20 years and I've learned that no programming language is too hard to learn. It all boils down to the logic behind what you want it to do.

I've worked many types of jobs over the years, but the longest I've been at a company was a level 2 tech support role for multiple pharmaceutical clients. I was there for 6 years and held a key role in launching new support contracts. Each of those contracts held a 98% satisfaction rating or better. I helped to build the knowledge base, create macros for email responses, provide training, and support for the level 1 techs. I worked closely with the client managers and the clients themselves to be sure that we were providing all the necessary support that they required. I helped to create software that created functionality that the current software didn't provide, streamlining the process and increasing the productivity of the techs.

Throughout my life I've met some amazing people and I know I will do the same here. I look forward to working with you!
