Administrative/Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Cold Calling

I am a freelancer having the experience of more than 4 years in BPO / Telemarketing industry and have worked on various projects like auto insurance, solar, Real Estate in both lead generation and closings.

My abilities to lead generation and appointment setting for my clients have been beneficial in gaining excellent results. In my previous role as an appointment setter, I have been working for a client based in Texas, US; I have been dialing to find out the potential sellers by cold calling and setting the appointments for my client after pre-qualifying the lead asking them the essential and required questions. I also presented their offers over the phone after discussing them with my client as he dealt with fix and flip properties.

Furthermore, I have extensive experience in real estate cold calling because I have been working for realtors and investors also. I have been dialing on vacant/absentee properties, FSBO, Probate, For-closure, and pre-foreclosure and worked for a client for the listings of the properties.

Given a chance, I will work with dedication and hard work to be a central part of the company and provide my level best to make this project successful as I would love to work for a longer run,
