Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I am available for work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+1).
For urgent projects or deadlines, I am open to discussing weekend availability or flexible hours to accommodate your needs.
Payment Terms:
For smaller projects, I request 50% upfront before starting the work and the remaining 50% upon project completion.
For larger or ongoing projects, payment can be divided into milestone-based payments. Each milestone will be clearly outlined, with progress and deliverables discussed before payment.
Preferred payment methods include bank transfer, cryptocurrency (USDT, ETH, BTC), or PayPal.
Preferred Communication:
I prioritize clear and timely communication through channels such as Slack, Zoom, or Google Meet.
Weekly or bi-weekly status updates can be scheduled to ensure that the project stays on track, with milestones and goals clearly communicated throughout.
I respond to messages within 24 hours on weekdays to ensure smooth communication and progress.
Project Management:
I work using Agile methodologies, ensuring that projects are broken down into manageable sprints. Tools like Trello, Jira, or Asana can be used for efficient project tracking.
For version control and collaboration, I use Git and regularly push updates to a shared repository (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
Revisions & Feedback:
I value client feedback and offer up to two revisions per project milestone to ensure the final product meets expectations.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed terms will be subject to a pre-negotiated fee.
