We have more than 7 years on the field implementing different telephony systems in different countries (Australia, USA, Philippines, UK, Egypt).
Our experience isn't limited only to implementation, but we have experience with customizations, troubleshooting and developing new solutions.
Our experience is in Open-source telephony platforms (Asterisk Based) such as Elastix, Freepbx, Vicidial, Freeswitch, Vicibox and GoAutoDial which is a great and suitable option for customers with low budget. We can also work with mid-budget telephony systems like 3CX.
We have great skills in implementing the customers' needs for their companies. Such as; IVRs, Voicemail systems, call recordings, reporting, call parking, conference bridges, paging and intercom, queues, dialers, CRM integrations, Hunt-groups, Text-to-speach, working hours settings and other features that can be applied based on the requirements and the business nature.
Also, we have experience with different SIP phones manufacturers. We are configuring Yealink, Polycom, Grandstream, Cisco and others. We can also switch non-SIP Cisco phones to SIP and configure it with any platform.
When it comes to VoIP providers, we can configure your VoIP trunk or provide ours which gives you the ability to add virtual local, mobile or toll-free numbers and to call any destination (Local or international).
Finally, having a team of software developers along with the telephony expert engineers gives us the advantage of developing new tools for the customer or customizing the system based on their needs.
