I am a licensed English instructor and worked at BPO companies. I handled complaints of clients abroad. This work requires patience and high analytical skills as I had to investigate and come up with the best solution for the company and for the clients as well.
I enjoy browsing the internet during my free time wherein I could learn new things, from gadgets, science, different talents, sports, movies and music.
I appreciate alone time as it relaxes me even when I'm working.
