Work Terms
Hours of Operation: I’m available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (GMT +8). However, I'm flexible with deadlines and willing to accommodate urgent requests when possible.
Payment Terms: Payments are preferred via Guru’s SafePay system for your and my peace of mind. I typically require a deposit before starting larger projects and prefer milestone-based payments for long-term collaborations.
Turnaround Time: Most small tasks (under 1,000 words) will be completed within 24-48 hours. For larger projects, we’ll agree on a timeline that works for both of us based on the project scope.
Preferred Communication: I’m all about clear, direct communication. I prefer messaging through Guru, but I’m also available via e-mail or Zoom for more in-depth discussions. I’m responsive and aim to reply within 24 hours to any queries or updates.
Revisions: I offer up to two rounds of revisions free of charge to ensure you're 100% satisfied with the work.
