I am a human resources specialist and virtual assistant with over four years of experience dedicated to streamlining your business operations and enhancing productivity.

My experience enables me to provide support in virtual assistance and HR management, effectively handling administrative tasks and human resources duties so you can concentrate on growing your business.

As a virtual assistant, I provide expert administrative support to online businesses and professionals overwhelmed with responsibilities such as calendar management, correspondence, data entry, and document preparation.

In Human Resources, I offer services such as recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. I craft job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage new hire onboarding processes. My skills include resolving employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

I handle HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. I am also adept at training and development, conducting sessions, updating HR policies, and implementing employee development programs.
