The nature of my degree course as a psychologist has prepared me for all works of life. As a business psychologist (MSc ),I majored in consumer and organizational psychology which has to do with understanding the needs of prospective clients, employees and structure of the organisation. I have demonstrated the ability to effectively handle situations or inquiries while working within policy, procedures and standard processes on my previous jobs. I am detail oriented and able to analyze, prioritize and resolve clients' requests or issues quickly and effectively. I possess excellent communication skills both oral and written. I am a good listener, I listen intently to gain insight into the needs of prospective clients.
I have remarkable interpersonal, organisational and time management skills. I recognise the importance of organising and prioritising goals.
