Hello, I'm Adrian but they called me Ian. I'm 28 years old and residing in Pasig City Manila Philippines.Im a graduate of Associate in Computer Technology at STI College. I worked with different BPO companies before for 3 years as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Associate, Email Support, Collections Agent and Sales Associate. I handled US, Australian and UK based account. I'm very knowledgeable on Ms applications such as Ms Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
I'm a good listener, fast learner,computer literate, confident , trusthworthy, profesional, hardworking and flexible person. I can work day or night and willing to do overtime if needed.
