My name is Adriana Mena, I am from El Salvador located in Central America. I am a native Spanish speaker. My experience starts seven years ago as a customer service, tech support, sales and collections agent. I have also worked as a virtual personal assistant for over two years now.
I am a firm believer of the idea to treat people the same way we want to be treated in a polite, unique and empathic way so the customers can feel comfortable enough to be helped.
I am a very detailed oriented person who enjoys talking to people, to help them but most of all to solve their issues and to clear their concerns.
In my experience I've learned to not assume what a person wants or needs instead I try to ask the right questions in a timely manner, listening or reading to what they are trying to communicate and address their problems. Once it has been identified find the solution and communicate it in a clear, comprehensive and courteous way.
