To ensure smooth collaboration and a successful project, here are my work terms for designing eBooks, workbooks, lead magnets, and PDF documents:
1. Communication
• Communication will be conducted through Guru.com messaging or any mutually agreed platform.
• Prompt responses are appreciated to ensure timely delivery of the project.
2. Project Scope and Requirements
• Detailed project requirements, including content, branding guidelines, and references, must be provided before the project begins.
• I will assist with suggestions for layout, color schemes, and design elements, but finalized content must be supplied by the client.
3. Timeline
• The project timeline will be determined based on its complexity and scope.
• Any changes or delays in content delivery may affect the deadline.
4. Deliverables
• Final files will be provided in high-quality PDF format.
• Additional formats can be discussed before the project begins.
5. Revisions
• Up to 2–3 rounds of revisions are included (depending on the package or scope).
• Additional revisions will incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
6. Payment Terms
• Payment is to be made securely through Guru’s SafePay system.
• Milestones can be set for larger projects, with payments released upon approval of each stage.
7. Confidentiality
• All client information, content, and project details will be kept confidential.
• I retain the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless otherwise requested.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
• Projects can be canceled by mutual agreement.
• Refunds will be processed based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
9. Ownership Rights
• Upon final payment, full ownership of the final design files will be transferred to the client.
• I retain rights to any initial drafts or unused design concepts.
