Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I am available to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+7), with flexibility to accommodate urgent projects or deadlines outside of these hours.
Communication:
Communication is key to successful collaboration. I am available via email, chat, or video conference to discuss project updates, changes, and any concerns that arise during the course of our work together. I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours, although response times may vary depending on the nature of the communication.
Payment Terms:
For projects less than $1,000, I require 50% of the project fee upfront and 50% upon completion. For projects greater than $1,000, I require 30% upfront, 30% midway through the project, and 40% upon completion. Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. Invoices will be provided upon request.
Scope of Work:
I will deliver all work in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications, as outlined in the project proposal. Any changes or additions to the scope of work will be negotiated and agreed upon in writing before the commencement of additional work.
Confidentiality:
I take the confidentiality of your project seriously and will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if required. I will not share any sensitive information related to your project with third parties without your explicit consent.
Deliverables:
I will deliver all agreed-upon deliverables by the agreed-upon deadline, and will make every effort to ensure that the work meets your requirements and exceeds your expectations. Any revisions or updates will be provided within a reasonable timeframe and at no additional cost, provided that the changes are within the scope of the original project agreement.
